There is a great new resource created by the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Sustainability Initiative at the Yale School of the Environment. The Environmental Professionals of Color Database currently has about 240 profiles of People of Color Environmental Professionals, and should reach 500 profiles by year’s end. This is the largest database of its kind. The database can be used to find people to network with, recruit, serve on boards, and mentor. Please pass it on to anyone who might be interested.
